Pleasant Pines Resort reserves the right to move a campsite, camper rentals or cabin reservation to accommodate our business. You will be notified in advance of of any changes to your reservation.
Resort Policy
- Rebooking reservations for the following year will be for the same week, same days of the week, and same rentals or sites at the current rates. After the current season is completed adjustments to reservations may be made if available.
- A campsite may have 1 camper and 1 tent. If occupied by 2 different parities the site will be charged for a camper and tent. If occupied by the same party the site will be charged for the camper.
- To rebook a camping site or camper rental a 1 night stay deposit per site or rental will be paid before you leave. March 1 the remaining balance will be paid in full.
- To rebook a cabin a 1 night stay deposit will be paid for each unit before you leave and then a $400.00 deposit by March 1 for each unit. The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival.
- Cancelling your cabin or camper rental reservation 30 days before your arrival date will be refunded 50%. After 30 days nonrefundable.
- Cancelling your camping reservation 2 weeks before your arrival date will be refunded 50%. After 2 weeks nonrefundable.
- No shows are nonrefundable.
- If you leave prior to your departure date or after your arrival date no refund for your unused dates.
- After January 1 new rates will apply.
- An onsite RV dump is available for $15.00 in addition to the site rate. To be paid in the office before leaving.
- A free water fill station is available on the north side of the Office.
- Please do not bring firewood from outside unless certified. You can purchase certified wood at the resort to prevent the spread of disease to our precious trees.
- There will be no camper or trailer parking by the cabins, lodge or rental campers.
- Please no Jet Skis (personal watercraft) and 4-wheelers. They must be trailered and not driven on the resort property.
- Quiet Time is 11pm to 8am.
- Please No smoking in lodge, cabins, rental campers, office and game room.
- All fish and entrails are to be cleaned and disposed of in the fish cleaning shack for on site composting.
Pet Policy
- An extra $150.00/cabin/week fee for a pet in a cabin. Limited to 1 pet/cabin. A limit of 2 pets/site.
- No pets in lodge, rental campers, beach past posted signs, swimming area at beaches, harbor, game room and office.
- Pets may not be left unattended in or out of units, in kennels or vehicles, etc. If you leave the pet MUST go with you!
- Pets must be leashed at all times, cleaned up after and kept quiet. A responsible person must be in control of the pet on the leash.
- Keep pets off cabin beds and furniture and picnic tables. Please bring a bed, kennel or crate for them to lay in.
- You will be financially responsible for all damages caused by your pet.
